  1. USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2. IMPORTANT NOTICE
  3. Read this License Agreement carefully before using this Software. BY USING 
  4. THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND 
  5. AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO 
  6. NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY 
  7. COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.

  9. LICENSE GRANT
  10. ZGW Software grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software, and 
  11. any associated documentation ("The Software"), as indicated herein. If you 
  12. have purchased a Single User License, one copy of the Software may be 
  13. installed and used, for internal use only, on a single computer. The 
  14. Software is in "use" on a single computer when it has been loaded into 
  15. temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (hard disk or 
  16. other device) of that computer. If you have purchased a Multiple User 
  17. License (you specified several copies of the software when you purchased 
  18. it), the Software may be installed and used, for internal purposes only, on 
  19. the number of computers authorized at the time of purchase.
  20. You MAY: (a) If you are a REGISTERED user you are entitled to distribute all 
  21. the flash, exe, screensaver you make for commercial purpose; (b) make a copy 
  22. of the software for archival purpose only; (c) install the Software on 
  23. another computer only if you change of workstation. In such a case you must 
  24. uninstall the software from the previous workstation.

  26. RESTRICTIONS
  27. You MAY NOT: 
  28. (a) copy and distribute the Software or any portion of it; 
  29. (b) sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer this Software to another; 
  30. (c) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or 
  31. alteration of this Software; (d) remove any product identification, 
  32. copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this 
  33. Software; (e) copy the documentation accompanying the software.

  35. TERM
  36. This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time 
  37. by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License 
  38. will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this 
  39. Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, 
  40. together with all copies thereof.

  42. COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
  43. This Software and its source code are proprietary products of ZGW and are 
  44. protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is 
  45. licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do 
  46. not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those 
  47. specified in this License.

  49. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
  50. The Software is supplied "AS IS". ZGW disclaims all warranties, expressed or 
  51. implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability 
  52. and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of 
  53. using the Software.

  55. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  56. ZGW assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may 
  57. result from the use of the Software, even if ZGW has been advised of the 
  58. possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to 
  59. refund the purchase price.
